What services do you offer?

To guarantee the exceptional planning experience and attention couples deserve, we accept a limited number of select weddings per year, and only offer comprehensive full service wedding planning and design.

This includes everything related to the wedding from start to finish, from the initial consultation to ensuring the delivery of finally edited products from the photographer(s) and videographer(s).

Our mission is to create a seamless and memorable experience that allows you to be gracious hosts and relish every moment of the celebration you envisioned for you and your guests.

How much do your services cost?

To ensure we can provide the highest level of service and attention to detail for your special day, our fee structure is a percentage fee of your total budget, with a minimum fee often specified to ensure adequate compensation for extensive services.

What differentiates you from other wedding planners?

Lausch Events only accepts a limited number of select weddings per year, which guarantees an exceptional planning experience and attention couples deserve. We are not a volume-based business. 

You will be working directly with lead planner, Camila, who will be your personal confidante and boldest ally, providing full-time concierge-level service in all aspects of the wedding. 

She has dedicated Lausch Events as her full-time adventure. Her passion for weddings, coupled with her heart to serve, results in her eagerness to create bespoke love story experiences! Couples will receive personalized attention and full availability, which means unlimited consultations, meetings and phone calls for the entire duration of the wedding planning process.

Camila prides herself on great taste and creativity, offering a fresh perspective in the field. Her expertise lies in strong attention to detail and client relations - building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships through personalized service, communication skills and emotional intelligence. Wedding planners manage all the people, including family and friends.

Can we customize your services to fit our needs?

Absolutely! We understand that every wedding is unique. We can tailor our services to meet your specific needs and preferences, ensuring that your wedding reflects your personal style and vision. 

There are no à la carte services here or optional ad-on services. 

If you need assistance in finding the perfect shoes for your bridal gown, we are shopping with you. If you need motivation to attend fitness classes, we are here to support and join in for a fun experience. If you have pets that you wish to incorporate into your special day, we will ensure they are looked after with pleasure!

During the initial consultation, advise of all your expectations and the extent of your needs. Lausch Events aims to instill confidence in you regarding our abilities to deliver and manage expectations. 

How do you handle vendor payments?

While we coordinate and manage all vendor relationships, payments to vendors are typically handled directly by the client. If preferred, we can offer escrow services, detailed in an addendum to our contract. 

We share vendor contracts and invoices, promoting full transparency. 

How far in advance should we book your services?

We recommend booking our services as soon as possible, ideally 12-18 months before your wedding date. This allows us ample time to plan and coordinate every detail to perfection. It’s expert guidance from the start!

Do you offer services for destination weddings?

Absolutely! We love both local and destination weddings. For destination weddings, our travel expenses are covered separately from our percentage fee. We handle all logistics to ensure a smooth and stress-free planning process, no matter the location.
