Our services extend to scheduling and attending bridal gown appointments and fittings, if desired.
We specialize in customized design elements. From personalized invitations and stationery to custom-designed seating arrangements, we ensure that every detail reflects your unique style and preferences, and work with capable vendors to deliver same. We specialize in creating unique, personalized touches that set the event or wedding apart, such as signature cocktails, interactive experiences, and unexpected surprises that leave a lasting impression.

We assist in selecting the perfect venue that aligns with your vision. We handle logistics of venue selection, including accompaniment of scheduled tours of the property, booking, and subsequent coordination.

We curate a list of top-tier capable vendors such as photographers, videographers, caterers, florists, entertainers, and more, based on your preferences and budget. We negotiate contracts, schedule appointments and manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless coordination and execution.

Timeline, Logistics & Budget Management
We create and adhere to a wedding planning checklist tailored to you, in addition to a detailed schedule for the day of the wedding and surrounding events. We ensure all logistics are meticulously planned and executed, from venue selection and layout design to transportation and accommodations, leaving you free to enjoy the process.
We allocate funds appropriately based on your priorities, keeping track of expenditures, and suggest cost-effective alternatives, when required, without compromising on quality.

Day-Of Coordination & Post-Event Services
At Lausch Events, our mission is to ensure that every couple can fully immerse themselves in the joy and magic of their wedding day without the stress of managing the details. We believe that your wedding should be a time to celebrate your love, connect with your guests, and create beautiful memories. We allow you to be gracious hosts and relish every moment of the celebration you envisioned.
On the day of the wedding, we are on-site to manage all logistics, oversee vendor setup, coordinate the ceremony and reception, and troubleshoot any last-minute changes to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience. Our skilled team orchestrates every detail with finesse and ensures that everything unfolds flawlessly.
Our services do not end here. After the wedding, we assist with tasks such as: the return of rental items, closing vendor accounts, and follow-ups with photographer(s) and/or videographer(s) for the delivery of final edited products. We handle any loose ends so that you may continue to bask in your wedding after-glow.
